Pre-Season Conditioning Dates and Times

Soccer conditioning for both girls and boys soccer programs is now under way.

Coach Bullock will be running cardio sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school (2:30pm until 3:45pm) and weight room sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings (6:15am - 6:45am).

Coach Duggan will be running cardio sessions after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (2:30pm - 3:30pm) every week until the first week of December.


It is expected that all student-athletes interested in trying out for the soccer program in January (whether returning varsity players or freshmen new to Grayson) attend as many of the conditioning sessions as possible.

A valid physical must be on file with the Grayson Athletic Department before student-athletes can participate in conditioning.
